Board Meetings and Minutes
Healthwatch Cheshire East, together with Healthwatch Cheshire West is run by a Community Interest Company, Healthwatch Cheshire CIC. The organisation’s Board consists of 6 members who, through their breadth of knowledge and expertise, help inform and direct our activities and delivery.
The Board meet on a quarterly basis, in public, to ensure that the legal duties of the organisation are met and to enable open and transparent decisions to be made on governance issues.
