Citizens Focus Panel

Your opinions on health and care issues are really important to us. One way you can get involved and share your views and experiences is by being a member of our Citizens Focus Panel.

What is the Citizens Focus Panel?

The Citizens Focus Panel is designed to enable us to get feedback on particular topics from a set group of Cheshire residents on a regular basis. We intend for this group to reflect the diversity of our population, which is why we would also ask for some basic information about yourselves such as age, ethnicity, etc. This is so that we can make sure the Citizens Focus Panel is as representative as possible. We encourage anyone with an interest to get involved.

What does it involve?

This would entail us sending you very short online surveys throughout the year, which you can complete on your computer, tablet or phone. So, if you have 5-10 minutes at home, on a coffee break or even on your commute, it is easier than ever to have your say on your local NHS and care services.

You can get involved as much or as little as you like, you don’t have to respond to every survey, but we’re encouraging you to give us your views and opinions on the things that really matter to you as often as you can. You may also be invited to get involved in online events and consultations. Depending on the issue, some topics may require a quick response to make sure that the information we provide can be as relevant as possible to health and care services. It makes a real difference.

What happens with my feedback?

Every time we do a survey, we will report back to you on what our Citizens Focus Panel has told us, and how that is being fed in to those who provide and commission health and care services to improve the future experiences of people. We want to keep you fully informed on the difference you are making.
