Healthwatch Cheshire Volunteer Satisfaction Survey

Healthwatch Cheshire could not undertake all of our activity without the fantastic support of our current 83 volunteers who work with us to help make care better for their communities. Our volunteers work hard to raise awareness of the work we do in the community, visit services to make sure they’re meeting people’s needs and collecting people’s views and experiences which we use in our reports.

Since February 2020 we have been running a survey to ask our volunteers what they enjoy about volunteering with Healthwatch Cheshire, and what could be improved. Here is a summary of what you told us, based on the 27 responses we had received from our 83 volunteers, by 28th May 2020.
