Feedback requested on Young Onset/Dementia Voice Group development

The Alzheimer’s Society are setting up a new group, for those with Young Onset (cut off age of around 67/68), and this will be the Dementia Voice group.

They are hoping to set it up in Middlewich as it is between East and West Cheshire – possibly starting in January 2024.  To help them understand what is required for this type of group, they are looking for responses to a survey from professionals and as many people with dementia as possible.  Their survey can be accessed here.
