Two members of the Healthwatch team, Service Lead, Mark Groves, and Community Engagement and Project Officer, Grace Owen, are delighted to have recently been awarded NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificates in Information and Advice or Guidance.
This training will undoubtedly be useful when talking to local people looking for support within their community.
