Tell us about your Health and Wellbeing during Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is providing unprecedented challenges for people in Cheshire, and we need our health and care services more than ever.
We know that during this time there is a big impact on people’s ability to access the health and care services in the way that they would do previously, and on the organisations that provide those services in your local area.
Local NHS and care services in Cheshire are doing everything they can to keep us well during this crisis. They still value your feedback on how services are being delivered, which is why we have put together this short survey. We will share your views and experiences of the Coronavirus outbreak with our local hospitals, GP Practices, community health and care services, NHS Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group, and with Cheshire East Council and Cheshire West and Chester Council. They can then understand directly from you what is going well, but also what else you need and what could be improved in responding to Coronavirus.
The survey should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete. Whilst you may be filling in the survey on behalf of someone else, we also ask that you consider completing one based on your own experiences too. You can also revisit and complete a fresh survey at any time if you have any additional experiences you wish to share at a later date.
