At Healthwatch Cheshire East, we listen to your stories. We enter everything that you tell us onto our database and then analyse the data to identify trends. Each quarter we produce an intelligence report summarising our work and this is distributed to commissioners and service providers.
For some issues we investigate further by talking with more local people and professional service providers. We then write reports describing our conversations and findings and publish our recommendations. These reports are shared with the people who commission and run services so that they can understand what is working and what isn't from the service user's point of view.
We also need to produce Annual Reports, detailing our activities over each year. This is a statutory requirement and reports to date are published below.
New reports will be added as written, so do keep checking back.
